As a first-time homebuyer, I came into the process unsure of what I was looking for, what my budget really was, and how the whole process even worked. Riley helped me narrow down a vision and then patiently walked me through every step. She has a great sense of humor, is completely unflappable, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable.

When we found a home I loved, Riley jumped into action as if it were her mission to make it happen for me. Her advice on making an offer was spot-on and got my offer accepted. Even when she had some scheduled time off during negotiations, she seamlessly coordinated with a colleague, kept me fully in the loop, and managed a great negotiation on repairs and credits.

Every recommendation she gave me for mortgage, insurance, and inspection was golden. Riley is a wonderful person who is clearly building a vibrant professional network and actively leveraging it for the service of her clients. She’s a confidant, a source of local knowledge and expertise, and someone I’d recommend highly to anyone buying or selling a home.

Riley is an amazing agent! We were out of town first time buyers with a tight deadline, all situations where you need an excellent realtor, and Riley took us on many virtual showings and ultimately found us our gorgeous new home! She is very knowledgeable about the area and really picked up on our taste. When we were starting to feel like we needed to just buy something due to a tight winter market, Riley found us just the right place and we love it so much. The process went extremely smoothly and we knew we could rely on her expertise to connect us with other great professionals. Cannot recommend her more highly!

Riley and Melinda are not only amazing at what they do, but they are truly amazing people and such a joy to work with. I could not possibly recommend Riley enough. Two of my daughters and I all bought houses through Riley in 2021. Each of us wanted/needed different things. Riley listened to all of our wants and concerns and met us all where we at. All of us feel like we have the perfect homes for our families. None of us knew Riley before my first daughter used her for her realtor so when I give Riley the highest recommendation I can it is NOT because she is a family member or previous friend, but rather simply because she goes above and beyond to match you with the perfect home for you.

Riley was always there to answer questions and did all that she could to help us find a house that fit both what I wanted and what my fiance wanted (and those were very different things!).
